How to See Who Replies to You Most on X (Twitter)

X shows the replies under each post, but it never adds them up. There is no screen that says β€œthese are the people who reply to you most.” And since X made likes private, replies are the only public sign of who actually shows up for you. Here are two ways to find them.

Why replies are the signal that matters

A like takes half a second and nobody else can see it. A reply takes effort, sits under your post for everyone to read, and starts a conversation. The people who reply to you again and again are your real community: they make your posts look alive to new readers, and they are the ones most likely to repost you, recommend you and stick around.

The manual way

  1. Open your profile and go through your recent posts one by one.
  2. Open the replies under each post and write down every @handle you see.
  3. Count how many different posts each person replied under. Someone who shows up on 12 of your last 30 posts matters more than someone who left 12 replies on one post.

You can also open Notifications β†’ Mentions, which lists replies to you in one feed. Either way this is fine for a handful of posts and slow for thirty.

The quick way: Thanks Card

Thanks Card does the counting for you. Type your @handle and it reads the public replies under your recent original posts (at least your last 30, and more if they got few replies, up to 100 posts or 60 days), then ranks everyone who replied:

The same rules apply to every account, and likes and follower counts never decide anything. The top 12 go on a card, each with a title: Number One, Never Misses, Most Replies, Best Chats, First Responder and a few general ones. You can also limit it to a follower range, for example only accounts with 1,000 followers or fewer, to thank the smaller accounts who support you.

It needs no login and no X permissions. Everything is read from public posts in your browser.
