How to See Your X (Twitter) Stats for Today, Free

Want to know how your day on X went? The full analytics dashboard is now part of X Premium for most accounts, but the basic numbers for each post are public, and they are enough for a good daily check.

What X shows for free

Every post shows its own counters to everyone: views, replies, reposts, likes and bookmarks. What X doesn't do is add them up for the day, or tell you how many different people replied or how many replies you sent.

The manual way

  1. Open your profile and find the posts you published today.
  2. Add up their views, likes and replies.
  3. Open the replies to see who showed up, and check your Replies tab for the replies you sent.

The quick way: X Recap

X Recap does it in a few seconds. It covers your day so far, from midnight in your own time zone (or yesterday, if you haven't posted yet today), and puts it on one poster:

Switch between Today and Yesterday under the poster. It needs no login and works for any public account.

What it can't show

Make it a habit

A daily recap is a nice end-of-day post: it shows what you shared, thanks the people who showed up, and invites others to share theirs. Post the poster, then reply with the link so friends can make their own.
